Delivered to a public profile. Keep the account public and the username unchanged until the order completes.
Likes
Delivered to one public post or Reel. Use the post’s own link, not the profile link.

For Reels and videos. Views count on public media only.

If delivery stalls
First check the basics: the account is still public, the username hasn’t changed and the post or Reel hasn’t been deleted or archived. Any of these stops delivery.
Your order page shows the current status and progress. If something still looks wrong, open a support ticket from your account with the order number, and we’ll look into it. Any part that can’t be delivered is refunded to your balance.
Content is what keeps an audience
A growth service can raise a count. What keeps people following is content they want to see. Unless a service says otherwise, don’t expect delivered followers to comment, buy or share like followers you earned.
Instagram’s Community Guidelines also ask users not to artificially collect likes, followers or shares. Read them and decide what is right for your account before ordering.

Can I get a refund?

Can I order for an account I don't own?
Only for accounts you own or manage with the owner’s permission, such as a client’s account you run.
Can a growth service get my account restricted?
We can’t promise anything about how Instagram treats an account. Instagram can limit accounts that break its rules, so read them first. We never need your password, which keeps your login safe.
